Strategy (co)Design
We support the development of new strategies for organisations, teams and groups.
We will work with you and the people affected by your organisation to build clear, trusted strategies and action plans that help you to make the impact needed long-term.

Public Engagement and Participatory Democracy
Giving you the advice needed to include communities in decision-making. Whether through building community forums, spaces to deliberate issues or helping to map existing assets in your local area; we use well tested and research-based participation methods, combined with our experience to bring intersectional voices to the centre of your work.

We have a combined 30 years of experience changing policy in numerous areas including; homelessness, mental and physical health, green issues and the environment, urban planning and with LGBTQIA+ communities.
We can help you to build policy, advocacy and campaigns from scratch or reframe an existing issue.

Research and Impact Measurement
We can perform an audit of your existing practices and where you might be able to improve the impact of your public engagement.
We have extensive experience in both undertaking research and consulting on successful research bids to include community development and arts-led participation best practice.
